Opening hours 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, open Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm from April 1st to October 31st.
FACTORY TOUR Visitors will first be given an informative talk, on the creation and design of our crystal. This
includes a history of our designs most of which are based on Irish history and the national treasures of Ireland.
This will be followed by a live glass cutting demonstration.
A master cutter will create a unique piece of crystal for the group and will explain each procedure and pattern as the demonstration continues.
Photography is permitted and questions are encouraged. This is a rare opportunity to tour in one of the few remaining crystal factories in Ireland today and the only opportunity to view the production traditional Irish design on crystal.
Our modern and spacious premises allow visitors a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
There is no charge for the tour. Small groups are welcome.
Advanced booking is required for large groups as many tour companies reserve time slots months in advance. A few hours notice is sometimes sufficient for a booking.
The tour lasts 25 -30 minutes though extra time may be needed to allow for shopping, beverages and restrooms. Tour duration can be adjusted if necessary to suit your specific schedule.
Factory tours are also available on Saturday & Sunday, please call for times.
Private parking for cars and up to 6 coaches is available.
Multiple & spacious restroom facilities available, suitable to accommodate large groups.
For visitors who may not wish to join the factory tour, a seated refreshment area is available serving tea, coffee, cold drinks or they may browse in our GIFT & CRAFT STORE.
This 800 sq ft craft area hosts a large variety of Irish gifts and crafts including Irish China, Pewter, Pottery, Irish knitwear, an extensive range of Irish music & DVD and many ranges of clothing knitwear jewellery exclusive to our store.
Another popular activity is viewing and photographing the Prize Winning Connemara ponies who regularly graze in the paddock next to our car park.
