Terms and conditions
As Celtic Crystal is a hand-produced product,  slight variations in design or size may occur between individual items.

Shipping
All packages are insured for loss or damage and will require a signature at time of delivery.  Packages returned to us after an attempted delivery by the carrier or because of incorrect shipping details will incur a second shipping charge. The customer is responsible for any/all customs duties or charges.

Claims
Notification of damaged goods must be given in writing within three working days.   On completion of the insurance claim a replacement item will be provided or a refund made.

Returns
Items may be returned for exchange or refund with the exception of personalised items or special orders.

A 10% charge to cover credit card charges and re-stocking costs will apply to refunds.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

An item may be exchanged for an alternative item with no re-stocking charge however a re-shipping charge will apply.

Please contact Celtic Crystal Ltd for instructions and a returns number PRIOR to shipping an item to us.  Goods shipped to us without  a returns number WILL NOT be accepted by us
